Make sure you communicate with your customers often and in a positive way. There are many entrepreneurs that take the negative route. They immediately talk down to customers, ridicule them for being too stupid to work their products or refuse to give them a refund for legitimate reasons.
In order to build a business, you have to have a good reputation and good word of mouth. It can only take a handful of disgruntled customers to bring your business down. So if you want to succeed with your online business, make sure that you consider customer relations as being very important.
