Google has its own tool called channels. While not heavy on analysis and features it provides the basic information necessary to determine which web sites are performing. When you create a web site with AdSense you can also create a channel for that web site.
If you wish you could put a few web sites in the same channel, incase you would like to group web site topics as well. While the current version of AdSense channel tool is acceptable, most people are talking that soon Google will issue a more powerful version of channels that will have more options and features.
There are other great tools available, some that analyze each web site that have AdSense on it and others that can actually be put on your task bar that can tell you your income with only a few minutes delay. These tools are not free but for big time AdSense publishers these tools may be for you.
