Google Adsense is easy to join, just fill out a quick form at Google, and submit your web site for approval. Approval usually takes about two days and you'll be notified once you are approved. You can then paste Google’s AdSense code onto your web site.
Google has automatically configured the code to send a spider from Google to your website to make sure that the advertisements that are sent to your web site match the content of your web site.
You are allowed up to three blocks of advertising on your web site and you can put these blocks wherever you choose. You can also change the color of the advertising to blend in with your site. This makes it easier for your readers.
All of the advertising that will appear on your site pays differently. Depending on the type of ad and topic that a visitor clicks on depends on the amount of money that you and Google split. You can receive from about .03 cents a click to as much as $10. According to the posts in forums, most Adsense publishers say they receive about .20 cents per click.
